Hi BYC! Our mixed batch of 6 chicks are now 6-7 weeks old, would love some opinions on sex and there are a couple we’re not 100% sure on breed. What do you think? Tinder profiles below

Chick 1 - “Charli”, buff orpington, we’re thinking pullet?

Chick 2 - “Sammi” - Lavender Orpington or Sussex?? We have thought Roo from the day he hatched but now not so sure, he has some wattle development but not much of a comb

Chick 4 - “Geogie” - Splash Orpington or Australorp?? Not sure on sex

Chick 5 - “Blue”, sold as Blue Orpington but she/he is very black! Opinions on breed and sex?

Chick 6 - “Billie”, Barneveldor, no clue on sex. Billie is half the size of the others and quite timid

None are screaming cockerel yet but it's a bit early. Your Buff Orpington is actually a White Orpington! Are you located in Australia by any chance? Your birds seem to actually be developing nice body types.

We wondered about that, she is almost pure white! Beautiful bird and she is suuuuper cuddly, of course we don’t have favourites but she is our favourite haha! Yes we in Australia, northern NSW. And you?

I'm from the United States, I just wondered because your Orpingtons are beautiful! We typically don't see such nice ones in the United States from hatcheries which most owners go through! She does look so soft
