6 extra chicks? need help

    I got these 6 chicks in an order from Murray McMurray and I have no idea what they are. They are extras that I didn't order, tried looking at pictures on their website but i'm still not able to identify them. They are all identical... aside from one having hardly noticeable stripes on its back that are a bit darker yellow, 3 toes, non feathered legs, looks like they have single combs.

    My guess would be gold comets and all male. They are commonly called "packing peanuts" and are added to keep your birds warm while in transit. I have heard of people getting the occasional pullet in their group of packing peanuts, but 99.9% are cockerals.

    ETA - After looking at their catalog, I think they are likely White Leghorn cockerals, but it's just a guess, they don't carry comets or tetra tints, that I can see. Those were my guesses.

    thank you guys, I didn't even think of that... but it makes perfect since. the real question is what to do with them now? I guess the frying pan lol
