6 hour old chick. Is this normal?

Had a chick hatch around 12 today and it was still attached to its umbilical cord and egg. The cord came off by itself but its navel still looks open and now it's belly looks swollen and bruised. They chick that hatched after is up and walking around but this one is crawling and seems more tired than the rest. I put vetericyn spray on it and gave it a little Poutlry cell. I am scared its mushy chick. It's not leaking anything though.
