6 mo. old EE layed 3 'lil eggs last week NOW WHAT?

Hey, I am new to chicks.... I have a small flock of 8 ...... all assorted breeds.... My EEer had 3 'lil green eggs last week..... and now, NOTHING for 1 week.... Is this normal for new chicks? Am I doing something wrong?

That is normal especially if she just started and if you are having the same weather I have here in GA.
