6 month fainting buck has huge stomach... looks like twins!

This is Lightning... he's definitely a motivated eater but his stomach is HUGE!! They go out on pasture all day and we give them a handful of grain each in the morning. He's had this big belly for a few weeks... it's a lot worse when they come in from the pasture at night. It's as tight as a drum.

Is this normal or should I do something?
 
This is bloat. In cattle, bloat this bad that doesn't respond quickly to home treatment would be a call-the-vet-out-at-night emergency.

I don't know goats but highly recommend at least doing a serious internet search (of reputable cites).

In cattle, some pasture conditions cause bloat. It depends on the plant species in the pasture and other factors. There is a common pasture plant that is fine during the summer but dangerous after frost.
