6 month silkie & polish Roo or Pullet?

I have two 6 month old chickens that I'm still not confident with sexing. Please help. The polish has large waddles, but a rounded crest.

The silkie seems to have some stray hairs & seems a bit full feathered. It has very small amounts of red on waddles & comb.

Obviously no eggs or crowing yet from either.

The polish is a hen.
The Silkie is looking roo, but I don't have much experience with silkies.

The polish's red waddles are probably because she is getting close to laying.
