6 week old chicks

Is there a way to tell yet if my chicks are roosters I know I'm supposed to look at tail feathers but don't know what to look for

Might be too young.

You can look for saddle feathers near the tail, and comb/wattles development. Also "roo attitude" is evident sometimes.

But they may not show signs yet...depends on the breed and also the individual.

I have barred rocks production reds and some white bantams that have feathers all the way down there feet
