Does anyone have great plans for a coop that holds a max 60 chickens? They will have a huge run outside. We currently have 42 eggs in the incubator and 3 broody hens on 12 eggs each... I am not into selling all my pullets!

Where are you located? Location determines coop styles.

Otherwise, if you want the gold standard, build yourself a standard issue, regulation size 10' x 16' Woods coop. Those are good for 40 birds at 4 sf per bird, but with a large run, it will be OK. The run will eventually get "fowled", so you need to make provisions for that. That many birds starts to complicate things with manure management.

Or if you want to expand even more, crank that up to a 20' x 16' Woods house, divided into two halves.

Or at some point, start building several smaller colony style houses that hold a couple dozen birds each, assuming you want to keep them all split up.
