7 1/2 wk old olive egger. Pullet or roo?

    I can pretty much tell what all my 7-9 week old chickens are, but this one has me questioning!

    S/he's an EExBCM.

    I've bred a bunch of them with that cross, and I'm stumped on that one, too. My inclination is to lean more toward cockerel since there's already color in the comb; pullets wouldn't be that pink yet...

    This is going to be one of those 'wait til it crows or lays an egg'! The little blue roo is already crowing.. and has been for a few days now!

    I think maybe a pullet. But you never know, my Polish/Cochin mix rooster did not crow until 5 months old and he didnt start to look like a roo until he was 3 1/2 months [​IMG]
