7 hens, 7 eggs

  1. [IMG] Yahoo, 1st day all 7 of my ponedoras each produced an egg. It took the better part of the morning for all the girls to get down to business but it was a banner day. [IMG] The ladies are sure doing their job of tilling the soil around all of the bushes. [IMG] It keeps us busy scattering more soil and wood shavings around the bushes but the eggs from these gals are sure awesome, the bugs and worms they scratch out make a huge difference. My large eggs don't run all over the skillet. Our new rescued cat, Charlie, sure likes them. But on a sad side the little lady that came with Charlie passed, Puss'n was 16 years old, perhaps she just couldn't handle the change [IMG] . She did have a good long life.
