7 month old EE

I have a 7 month old Easter Egger. I’m 99.9% sure she is a pullet. Her hatch mates began laying at 5 months, but this one hasn’t laid an egg yet. I realize with the shorter days, she may not lay until spring. I had a picture of her on Facebook and someone said she looked like a rooster? I questioned her at one point, but was reassure she is indeed a female. I have a friend some eggs last week and she told me my rooster was doing his job. I guess there were meat spots in the eggs. I told her I didn’t have a rooster. I would be balky with a rooster, but I just need someone else to tell me my Henley really is a hen. Several pics of her as a baby To recent.

I was so confident she was, but the friend saying I had a rooster, then someone on a Facebook chicken group saying rooster kind of had me thinking. But I knew at 7 months, I would have seen some mating if she was a rooster.

If it helps, of my 3 EEs, they were all late layers. Thestrel was the first at 8 months, Dot started a month later, then two weeks ago Teach finally laid. She laid three, then they all stopped, I guess it's that time of year. They were all early February hatches.

And as @sourland said, meat spots have nothing to do with roosters.

She's a pullet. No male characteristics at all.
