7 week old chicks laying down all the time

Hello! I am new to the group and I have a question about my baby chicks! They are about 7 weeks old and they lay down most of the time. Is this normal??? They always have fresh water and food. Help!

If they are, which I think they might be, they might be having difficulty to walk/move around because of their weight.

Normal for that breed! Those look like Cornish Cross, which is a meat breed.

Yes, that's what I was thinking. At 7 weeks old they're not so far from butchering age. Plus, if they always had disponible feed they probably gained even more weight.
