I just got this 2 girls on Friday from a farm and they look a little ragged. I bathed them and when I gave them food they ate it so fast and got food all over their faces. Was really cute! One of the chicks is 1/2 the size of the other but is feathered out like the bigger one so I am thinking they have to be the same age and she's just a runt.
Is this possible and should I give her some kind of supplement or special care because she is so much smaller? She is eating and drinking well but I'm just worried and want to make sure she is healthy and gets what she needs. Any suggestions will be appreciated!
Minnie is the darker one. Pearl the bigger lighter one.

Also do you think a dewormer would benefit them? I'm not sure what kind of living conditions they have been in but I do know they were living on a poultry farm.

I think they're fine. But it probably wouldn't hurt to de-worm them etc.

    Best of Luck! [IMG]
