Eleanor is a 7-6 week old Easter Egger pullet. She has been like this sense we got her (we ordered from Ideal Poultry, she came with 14 other chicks). She doesn't seem to be in pain. She gets around fine. Should I be concerned about anything? (Her toe isn't crooked, the picture just makes it look that way)

I wouldn't worry about her toe. If it isn't bleeding or infected looking, and she doesn't seem to be bothered by it, then I think she's probably fine. It's not uncommon for chickens to have a wonky toe every now and then.

Ok! Thanks so much! I've been wondering about it for a while.
