8 week barnyard mix. Cockerel?

I'm pretty sure this one's a Cockerel, but I'm not sure because I've only ever had hens. What do you think? It is 8 weeks old.

My female barred rock is 14 weeks and doesn't have wattles at all and her comb is still small, so I'm pretty positive you've got a handsome young man right there Also his tail looks to be creating that rooster bend
