8 week old blue cochin the size of a 5 week old

We got a batch of chicks about 8-9 weeks ago and they all have been doing fine except for one in the beginning. by day 2 she was listless so we broght her in and gave her some sugar water. we did this for about 2 days and she perked right up and started eating and drinking as usual. now the weird thing is is that she is not "growing" at the same rate as the other ones. The others all have full or mostly full reg feathers. she does not. she has her flight wings and her "leggings" but she is otherwise fuzz as if she was still only about 5-6 weeks old. She is also about 1/2-1/3 of the size of the others. she eats and drinks fine is spunky and the others watch out for her. I'm just wondering what's up?? any thoughts?

I had a d'Uccle hen who had a foot problem (one toe was folded completely back when she hatched) her toe came un-done about 10 weeks in, but she is still half the size of my d'Uccle that is from the same batch.

Stunted Growth doesn't seem to affect their health so I wouldn't worry too much.

I don't know what cause Stunted Growth, I hope you find something out. I'll keep watching.
