Hi! I currently have 9 silkie chicks ages 7-8 weeks. Is it possible to determine gender at this age? 5 of them are partridge and 4 are white. Thanks!

I'm not a silkie expert but here is what I would say and I'm probably wrong:
Chick 1: hen
Chick 2:roo?
Chick 3:roo?
Chick 4:roo?
Chick 5: hen?
Chick 6: hen?
Chick 7: hen?
Chick 8: roo?
Chick 9: hen?

Chick #1. Pullet

Chick #2. Pullet

Chick #5. Pullet

Chick #7. Pullet

Chick #9. Pullet.

I just went with the partridge silkies.
For a better determination on the Whites, comb pictures will help.

Thank you for the help. I'm not sure #5 is a pullet. He is on top of the pecking order. Is it possible that he is a pullet?

With all mine all the ones that have been top of the pecking order and fight and peck each other when their chicks have always Benn roos (unless there's no roos at all which usually isn't the case).

Yes, mine can be very bossy as chicks. So, you can have bossy pullets if the mother is bossy. The majority we hatch from one specific hen inherits her Fit Throwing, when picked up, thing.
