8 weeks old, is this a rooster? I hope not!

    Hi there! I haven't been on in a while, very busy. My husband thinks this Easter Egger is a male, what do you chicken experts think it is??

    This is the prettiest chicken in the bunch, my favorite, and I do hope to hear that it's a hen, but, my husband thinks otherwise.

    Looks girly to me. Comb isn't wide, no pointy saddle feathers hanging off the side. Could be wrong but I see nothing rooster-ly.

    Whew!! I"m so happy to read this!
    I think my husband doesn't realize that the easter egger chickens all look differently, and because it's more brightly colored than the other one, he's thinking it's a male.
