I am located in North Carolina and have just sold my home, but we have not found a new home to suit our needs, so it will be apartment living until we can find something perfect.

I must get rid of my large coop (8x8 and could fit a hundred birds) and 14 of my beautiful girls. The flock consists of 2 Black Australorps, 2 Marans, 2 White Rocks, 2 red sex links, 1 Buff Orpington, 1 EE that are currently laying. They are all two years old or less (one is a bit older than that, but still lays daily) and lay large eggs. I have four juveniles that will lay any day (2 Salmon Faverolles, and 2 true Americaunas).

Many of these birds have been treated as pets and are handled very easily. Some of them were raised by one of the Marans (who is broody several times per year) and are a little more flighty, but still fantastic layers.

I'm looking for $400 or best offer. These need to be off of my property by mid October at the latest. I will be so sad to see them go, so I want them to go to a very good home. If you want just the coop, please message me too.

How much were you looking to get for just the coop?
