These were the last two yellow EE chicks my feed store had back in May, Suzanna and Penny. I bought them, hoping that I'd finally get pullets. So far, no crowing (my last EE roo crowed at 8 weeks) and they both have similar pea combs with only a single ridge down the middle. At first I thought they were single combs but after looking closer at them, they are peas. They are slighly pink, but nothing major like like my last EE's at this same age.

I tried to get good pictures, but they are squirelly little things. They are itching to be out of their temporary pen I built them in the big run and hang with big girls, who still can't stand them, but that's a whole other tread

I was really happy to see them in the pen at the feed store that day because all the other EE's they had in were darker too. This is a picture of them as babies. They were just the sweetest little things!
