Here is my 9 week old golden laced polish that I keep going back on forth with his/her gender. Her top hat says pullet to me but she/he is starting to get green tinted tail feathers in. Also, I do not see any wattles or comb yet.

Here is a picture of his/her tail feathers. Sorry it's blurry.

I'm thinking pullet.

Your Polish may be bearded, which means no wattles. The comb is usually small in a Polish. Take a look at various bearded and non-beared Polish to see what I mean about the wattles. I had one Polish roo with wattles and one Polish roo without.

The shape of the poof looks more boy - slicked back and Elvis....girls tend to have a ball shaped poofy head.

Hard to tell from the photos but I think girl. Crest is pretty poofy and body type doesn't look very rooish.

Green tint does not automatically mean that the bird is male.

All black feathers should carry a green (sometimes purple) sheen to them.

Here's a pic of my GL when she was about 6 weeks.

Hopefully pictures will help you make a better judgement on your end.
