I've got a flock of 9 week old chicks and I notice one was sitting to drink while the rest were standing. I picked it up and noticed that it was really swollen out front in the breast/gizzard area. I'm a little concerned there may be tumors there. Anyone have a guess or can anyone give me some ideas that I should check her for?

Pictures? It's most likely just a full crop. Sometimes they find something they really like and eat a ton. It's very normal for them to fill their crops with food in the evening before roosting. All that food digests while they are sleeping and the crop should be empty come morning.

I'll check on her again in the morning in that case. I noticed that my latest bag of crumbles had random kernels of corn, so I introduced some chick grit to them for the first time about 4 days ago. If it hasn't remedied, I'll post some picks of her.
