911 EMERGENCY!!!! Please help. My eclectus ate Part of a chocolate chip cookie!

My six and a half year old eclectus are a quarter of a chocolate chip cookie when someone else was holding him.
He is 400 grams.
otherwise healthy.
it was a chips ahoy chocolate chip cookie with semisweet chocolate chips.
my knee jerk reactionwas to give him his favorite foods. To get something else substantial in his belly. He’s also drinking.
Please respond if you know if he needs to go to the er vet.

He’s a parrot. An eclectus. Seems to be doing okay. I’m hoping that means we’re out of the woods. Thanks for replying.

How is he today? He should be okay, but keep an eye on him in case. I've had birds who have found some chocolate and eaten it, they've all been okay. Please though, make sure he doesn't eat anything else bad for him.
