    HI folks
    I have 4 9wk old Ameraucana chicks.
2 definate cockerels, 1 definate pullet and this gorgeous splash that I am not positive about.
what say you? pullet or cockerel?
The 2 definate cockerels have combs a little larger and they get red when excited, this one does not get red and is not quite as big. She/he is as big as the two black cockerels but her/his comb, not quite as wide, etc.

    interested in what you think
    thanks

I am sooooooooooooo glad. I have been hatching out 65-70% cockerels all year.
This is my first 50/50 batch!

I am no expert, but I think Pullet. Once again, no expert. [IMG]

Quote:It's all ok, either way. If it is a roo splash it will be easy to get some blues....
but I will have too many roos again. Sigh.

None of the Ams crow. Eggs are months away. When will it be completely certain?? These guys are tough to figure out.
    Appreciate your input.

    I'm guessing pullet.
