A Boy's Best Friend

Back in May I wanted to get some sort of project going for my nephew. We decided on raising some chicks and a couple of ducks. He instantly fell in love with them and has taken excellent care of his "birds" ever since. This really is a wonderful opportunity to teach little ones the importance of responsibility and caring for others.


As babies they would follow and run behind him everywhere he went!

This little Dominique became his favorite.

Here they are nearly eight months later and still best friends!
