A care sheet with my ducklings?

I want to have a sort of care sheet that i can hand out with my ducklings, has anyone ever done this before? I was thinking just a few simple facts, where to get feed and such. Fun treats and how fun they are. I would LOVE if i could get some opinions on what to put on these cards. I already have an outline, but there might be something im forgetting.

There is an online group that's called PetDucksRUs. They have a handout that they suggest giving to people that have ducks. I'll see if I can find my copy and send it to you. Then you can see what they have and you can modify yours to be like it.
