    Well Im exhausted but happy.
We had a great time today, met up with some BYCers at the show.
And a word about Bob Whiney who was running this show..Bob is a person who cares more about people and thier happiness than money or anything else..If everyone was like Bob Whitney the world would be a lot better palce

We are real tired , up at 4 AM and a trip around the keuka lake and lunch and the wineries to keep out of the way of the judges (3 of them) doing thier job..we got back just in time to see the awards handed out..A littel girl was crying with joy and thats what its all about..Susan and her daughter Celest did very well with thier d uccles , celeste not only got 1st but also won 2 specials..Im too tired to remeber hope she pops in and says what they were..Bob Whitneys australorps won , and this girl who was around helping everywhere with everythings son won a champion ribbon with his australorp..My little hen got 1st place...met so many nice people..

More pics to follow,. This show brought out some of the best call duck breeders in the country..

A few more pictures from Twin tiers show, a great time for all.

I kept out of the weay of the three judges, so didnt get pics of everything I wanted.I followed the photographer from poultry press around a little. Here are a few more beautiful birds from the show, part of the awards table the awards table . Bob whitney passing out awards, three judges have a group photo taken. There was a little girl who won some pretty big awards...She was crying a little with joy, all of her hard work paid off.I didnt take her picture but it was so touching. I have a lot of pics, I hope others will add some of thier pics to this thread for everybody to enjoy.

Too funny with the pic of Celeste begging for a pigon!!!
And I lost my pic of the chicken bingo.

I think that big chicken sign used to be a neon sign that was on top of curleys chicken house down in horseheads NY , They got a smaller chicken sign and twin tiers got the old sign. cute with Celesete posing with it.

    Great pics Susan!

My little hen was looking for the escape hatch, she had a giant blue langshan to the right and a big australorp rooster to the left...the babies picked at her tail when I had her in the cage overnight. forgot to put the board over top of the cage.
