A friend's mystery chicken!

My friend back in April bought a blue Ameracauna hen.. so she thought. This chicken is super small, and is almost six months old. Pretty positive its also a rooster. Anyone know if im right and if so, the breed?

I kinda thought he might be. I wonder what exactly he's.mixed with. He's a beautiful blue with that gold around the neck.
