Well, it seems like a million anyway.
On Friday I got my order (I ordered them in April) chick order from Ideal. There were 37 but 4 died. Now they are all doing better though. I have white leghorns, Welsummers, black and white giants, Norwegian Jaerhons, Cream Brabanters and Broilers in this group. Don't know who is who, but I am sure I will figure it out.
Then my friend who lives in Simi Valley Ca finally sent me her chickens. They are all 4 Easter Eggers. 2 roos and 2 hens. One of the roosters, Jack, is a little aggressive. Sunshine is friendly.
So I am currently a little crowded, but we are building a huge cage that we can divide into 2 parts. I hope it gets finished soon.
