so i have 4 hens and one rooster. I've had a bit of trouble with one of the hens since the previous owner told me it was a hermaphodite, but it's a hen. Another hen will see our rooster and full on attack him, even if he's doing nothing wrong. And with 2 of the hens she'll rip the neck feathers off and try peck their eyes. Her and another hen will sit in the corner and pick at eachothers beaks.Any ideas why she's doing it? it's full on striking the rooster.
