3 of my ladies were taken out last night (busted through the hog wire of the run if you believe it). One of the silkies survived but has a deep gash in her chest with a gaping hole in her throat. She still tries to eat and drink, but the food/water comes through the hole in her neck.

She's otherwise pecking away, standing up and moving.

Any advice or should I put her down?

Oh, that does not sound too good. I would watch her and see how she acts in a few hours. I am hoping since she is acting fine she might pull through. I really do not know, though.

As long as she is trying, I would give her the benefit of the doubt and see. That she is trying to eat and drink is good. Clean the wounds and apply antibiotic ointment (without pain killers which can be detrimental to chickens).
Keep her warm and hopefully she'll pull through. Good luck.
