a sick duck

I have a swiss female duck, she has a runny nose per say and sneezes a lot, both of her eyes are closed shut, been trying to clean eyes to get them open, no luck, she eats great and drinks water, runny stools tho, any suggestions as how to treat her her eyes are my big concern. They are crusty and hard. thank you!
