I got an egg the other day in my quail pen - and it's only 1/4 of the size of a regular quail egg! Smaller than a marble! So cute and tiny, I don't know what to do with it! Thinking of something crafty I can do with it!

I got a small one, a little larger than the eraser on the end of a pencil. I was going to save it and left it alone. And all by itself one side caved in. I still have it. I was going to put a picture online here but never got around to it.

You could blow the contents out and put it on a shelf?

That would be a 'fart' egg, I've gotten 2 of them in the past few weeks. You definitely can't hatch them, either they don't have yolk or they don't have white. Blow it out or just poke holes in the ends and let it dry out on its own. Quail eggs dry out pretty fast [IMG]

Well, for the 'delicate' types, it is also known as a wind egg [IMG]
