Three Chicks A Day
It's been four full weeks of photographing my chicks, have a look!
How fun! Great shots. Thanks for sharing!
What a wonderful project . . . and drop dead GORGEOUS photos. About how many pictures do you usually take before going through and picking out the ones to use?
THAT is great.
I could *almost* make at least one shot per day, but nothing near that awesome!!! I have an entire folder of pictures named "chicks day x" hehehe
It's so cool how fast they change, maybe not in one, but definitely 2 day's time makes a huge difference feather-wise!!
that is so neat! i love it! great pictures, too.
edited to add: look at the difference between day 2 and day 3!
You are such a gifted photographer! You caught emotions on the chicks I have never seen before. Keep up the incredible work.
conclusion: Ameraucanas like to fly and grow fast, buff orpringtons are sweethearts and RIR's poop alot.
keep it up!
Pretty cool - well done Josh
I figure if I'm going to the trouble of shooting them every single day I'd like some other folks to see it.
In answer to how many shots I take a day, I'd say an average would be 15-20 shots per chicken, though the number is decreasing as they get older and can fly out of the studio. I'm quite proud of my three shot day--just one click for each girl. Noodle Soup may have been blurry, but whatever, it was an action shot.
