abnormal chick help

I have had a chick just hatch that looks like it is carrying around a water balloon with a few feathers. Just on one side of it. I can't open the bator yet as I have several still pipped. So I have not inspected very closely. Any ideas? Is it a cull or should I give it some time?

As soon as I can get one I will. She is moving all over the bator with everyone else just carrying a water balloon to the side.
