About molting

    How much time white leghorn takes to complete a molt?

    It's random- Molting can last for 2-6 months.

    Molting does not happen for 6 months. Maybe 2-6 weeks. It happens once a year. :)

    Yeah, most likely, I could be mistaken... If molting lasted 6 months, birds would never lay. They usually stop laying while they molt.
    Am I right or wrong? @junebuggena @aart
    Likely I am very confused:rolleyes::confused:
