Accidental "roo" in the pullet bin! PICS

    Anyone care to guess if this one's the accidental roo in the pullet bin. These are all 5 week old australorps that were picked from the pullet bin at TSC. If he's, in fact a "he", I have been pleasantly suprised at his gentleness and non aggresive behavior. He may be a keeper!

    He looks like a rooster to me!!!! But accidents do happen...lol. Very pretty flock!!!!

    More often than not that happens. I ended up with 2 Roos out of 20 pullets once.
    I am wondering if I have lots of Roos myself with the 26 chicks I just got. Good luck the nice Roos are truly the keepers.

    He sure looks like a rooster to me. If he is I would definately keep him. We had a australorp rooster a long time ago. He was a very good rooster.

    Looks like a roo to me as compared to my BA pullets

    Australorps are generally docile. He could end up being the friendliest rooster you ever had. [​IMG]
