    LOL - that video was very cute! Those poor chickens were wondering what on EARTH happened! LOL

    Have they settled into it?
    Mine just eat snow and the ice - they think someone left them a treat!

    Haha, mine don't like the snow, they all retreated inside. The snow on the roof of one of the little chick coops is only 1.5 inches thick, with all the other snow in the area being 3 inches. They produce lots of heat.

    It was so cold that my tough it out sleep outside hens even went in! Only 4 of 11 were toughing it out outside in the big coop. [​IMG]

    I love the pics.....how old is that rooster that i cant see? [​IMG] I wonder because i have NO DOUBT that all 3 of my splash silkies are boys(5 months old next week) and i think they should have combs and waddles by now...but they do not.

    I love your snow pics! I've only seen "snow" once in my life, and it was more like a heavy, wet, drippy sleet.
