added 2 broody hens to flock how long before they get used to new home and start sitting

they flew out of the run today but there back in the coop tonite.other flock chasing them out. i got them lastnight so might take them a bit to get use to new home but they were in full broode mode from the person i got them from. hoping they will ajust quick and start setting.

Moving them probably broke their broody and only time will tell if they return to brooding or not. I have one hen who brooded, hatched and raised one clutch of chicks but has never shown any interest in a repeat performance. What breeds are they?

not sure one is a black bantam . and the other is a standard mix. both good broodys from the previous owner. t he standard sleeps in the nest box
