Didn't want to say it, yes a bit nuts it is.

Habits are hard to kill. Some of it is just muscle memory. You have to form new habits so that you're not walking in the garage like you would when you'd smoke.
My dad smokes in the garage unless I'm there because he doesn't want to pollute my air
Chik'n. Eat more chik'n! (And beef and pork and duck and goose and venison...)
Kiki, I am only on page 63, but if the crying is new please discuss it with your doctor. It may be a side effect of the Chantix and s/he should know about it.

I've had venison. It was when I was in high school. It used to be my favorite meatI donāt think Iāve ever had duck, goose, or venison. Never had lamb or veal either.
Some jerkys are pretty high in sugar, so keep an eye on the labels--or make your own. I'm a big fan of celery. Reputedly takes more energy to chew and digest than it contains. Is satisfyingly crunchy and almost zero preparation required. That's my kind of "junk food"!Beef jerky.....YES!!! I can do that!
Maybe celery.....or other reasonably neutral veggie. Carrots are ok but still have sugars so gotta stare at those.
I like it with natural peanut butter that only contains peanuts nothing else. Some jerkys are pretty high in sugar, so keep an eye on the labels--or make your own. I'm a big fan of celery.
