The worry will make you feel insane.It went well. The guy seemed competent, he recognized that the worrying was causing me problems, so I'm going to see him again in a week. One thing that surprised me is that he didn't think that I had truly regressed cognitively even one standard deviation from when I was younger, although I still feel like I could have regressed. But I wasn't very testable when the test that indicated the large regression was administered, due to other issues, primarily sleep deprivation.
