We Quit Cigarettes

Do you take a little blue pill or a shot?
I saw a commercial for a once a week shot, I think.

I take glipicide (small white pill) forces the body to make extra insulin
metformin (1/2 inch long oval) cleans the cells making them more receptive to Insulin
actose (small white pill) also a cell cleaner.

Trulicity is a once a week thing. New on the market so they need more guinea pigs.
It has a lot of side effects.

Oh you know what else I hate? Even if I put my phone in the back, the computer screen in this new car is huge. Way bigger than the old one. And super distracting and bright.
Check the owner's manual. There's certain to be a way to turn the screen brightness down to your comfort level.

Side effects are 🤮. I wish there was no such thing.

Have you reread it? That books pretty amazing. I just reread it this week and feel prepared to cold turkey it tomorrow.
I didn't even make it halfway through the book & I just all of a sudden stopped, for 4 years. I tried reading it again, with no luck.

Kiki has inspired me to read it again!
