It's all up to you...
I personally would not... not because they are going to damage your birds, but because the ducks will make a mess of your chicken house, which they keep much cleaner than the duck houses!! Ducks need a couple different things than chickens need to live a healthy, happy life. Here is a great article that covers many of these topics, and shows what you need if you are going to keep chickens and ducks together, or what you need for ducks etc.
