Adult Wyandote Hen badly bitten on back of neck

Wounds can take weeks to heal. Pictures of what you see now may be helpful. I would make sure that she is getting some probiotics in her food, or use a little plain yogurt or buttermilk mixed into some feed to help her gut bacteria get back to normal after antibiotics.

Here's a pic. I saw others say I ought to slather the full thickness tear with neosporin ointment daily. A Facebook poultry group member just suggested I have to let it dry out to scab. I am nt sure which way is better. I have neosporin, veterocydin, and BluKote on hand. (Tough spot to bandage even with vetwrap, as that would get shaken off or choke her.)
