advice needed about video-ing with my phone!!!

I'm a bit of a technophobe and my hsband has filmed the chickies with his phone, he's managed to download (or is it upload?) it onto the computer and it sits there as an icon in the inbox but we are not able to open the file and watch it! It says that the player may not support the codec that was used.

Anyone able to help?

I'd be very grateful.

try photobucket.com you can upload from your mobile phone and then onto the BYC site.....have fun x
