Advice needed

I am a first time incubator and one of our chicks hatched overnight and has a big balloon type ball hanging from behind her. Is this intestines and what should we do to help her if anything?

Can you post a picture? Is there any yolk visible? I would put the chick in a lined small cup to allow it to dry without the chick pulling his intestines out.

Here is how she emerged. She pipped at day 22 and hatched unassisted within 24 hours. Temperatures have been really consistent mostly around 99.5 and lowest 97.5.

Yes definitely put her in a small cup lined with a paper towel, she hatched too early, needs to absorb the yolk.
