I’m concerned about the poop coming from my hen. For the past 3 days, she has pooped out some droppings with lining in them. I will provide pictures below. Not all of the droppings had lining, only a few. I noticed that every morning, she will poop out a dropping that is a little bigger than her usual droppings. These droppings all had some lining attached to them. Her droppings in the morning are usually watery but turn solid later in the day. This morning, I found this in the coop.

I am thinking of treating her with corid or a wormer. Should I be concerned?

The hen is showing no signs of sickness last 3 days but I am getting more and more concerned since this has never happened before. I found some more lining in her most recent dropping.

My girl occasionally has lining but I would be concerned if she had it every day. I am no expert on cocci but I believe you should treat her. Though she is showing no signs, she may be hiding symptoms so that she appears healthy to the other hens. I believe that the treatment for cocci is Corid but I have no idea how much you should give her. I will tag someone to help but please monitor her for now. Pay close attention to her droppings.
These knowledgeable people have helped me out before so hopefully they can help you out too. @azygous @Eggcessive @Wyorp Rock

She laid an egg today. Her poop is a bit watery now but like I said, it’s normal for her poop to be watery in the morning. No lining in the most recent poo.
