2 of my speckled sussex that are about 8 weeks old today have these odd bald spots on their upper back area on the top of their wings and behind the neck. Any idea what this could be? I did notice slight bald spots when they were a couple weeks old. Unsure if this means they are sick, lacking aomething in their diet, or unrelated and something else is going on.

Can you get a photo of the whole brooder? How much space do they have?
Are you still providing heat, if so, what type and how warm?

Do they have access to dirt so they can dust bath?

Try cleaning out the brooder, make sure they have access to a full dish of feed (chick starter 18-20% protein) and water. If no access to dirt for dust bathing (outside), then provide them with a tub of dirt to dust bath.

I think I would also direct dose them with poultry vitamins like poultry cell a couple of times a week.
