    Hi All,

I am looking to worm my flock in the next few weeks. I have been told that Valbanzen is the
best at getting all the worms. But frankly I just cannot afford it. [IMG] Is there any other
wormer out there that does well that is not as expensive?

    Thanks in advance.

The only cheap one is Wazine 17 but it does not get all worms. It's only good for round worms.

How common are other worms? I only hear about round worms, leading me to think that they
    are the most common.

Wazine 17 will work just fine if you can't afford Valbazen

Keep in mind that valbazen is affordable for several reasons. It will last you multiple uses due to the fact that you use 1/2 cc per adult fowl.....think how many birds that bottle will treat. Can you split the bottle with another poultry lover? I also use it to worm my dog. Much more affordable than what the vet will charge.

That is true, but coming up with $50 to purchase it right now when things are really tight is hard. I was hoping
to do something like Wazine 17 now then in a few months worm again with Valbazen. That way I can at least
get some of the worms right now. I guess Wazine is better than nothing.

What you posted is true I just need to get a hold of the funds.

Are you seeing any worms? There are natural ways to prevent worms. If you do a search on it, you should be able to find it. Or maybe the person that posted it will see this post and post it.
