Age guess?

I got these ladies as a RIR and black aussie (which....no.)
They were feathered when we got them May 1 and May 9 (Alice was a replacement from the same breeder for a chicken that died two days aftrr we got her). He had no idea how old they were-just that they were between 4-8 weeks old (helpful.) By that math, i estimate they are 16 weeks old roughly. What do yall think?

I'd say that they are sixteen weeks old. Australorps and Rhode Island Reds mature quickly, so if they were older, I'd expect to see larger, redder combs.

Thanks! They were sold as purebred but Rosie has whitr legs and Alice has a pea comb -_-

So when he gave me a month difference in age and mutt chickens i assumed they could be literally any age!
